Shipping policy

Processing Time: Our processing time may vary depending on current order volume. You can always find the most up-to-date processing time posted on our website homepage under the main header.

Please note that occasional delays can occur due to factors outside of our control (such as supply issues, equipment maintenance, or carrier delays). We do not generally process cancellations or refunds due to delayed shipping; however, if your order appears lost or experiences an unusual delay, please contact us and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue or filing a carrier claim.

Bulk Orders: Bulk orders must be placed at least 16 days in advance. Please allow additional time for both processing and shipping.

 

 

Estimated Shipping Times: Typically 3 – 7 business days, depending on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout.
Tracking Information: Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped so you can follow your package’s progress.
Shipping Fees: All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated at checkout.

Please note that shipping time is separate from processing time, and Simply J Designs is not responsible for carrier delays.

We currently only ship within the United States.

 

 

 

Lost or Stolen Packages: Simply J Designs is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being accepted by the postal carrier. If your order included insured shipping and becomes lost or stolen, contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with USPS or UPS.

 

 

Refunds or replacements for uninsured packages are not available.

 

 

Local Meeting Pickup: We offer local order pickup by appointment at designated public meeting points in Cynthiana, KY or Georgetown, KY.

Please arrive at your scheduled pickup time or notify us in advance if you need to reschedule. Failure to attend a scheduled pickup without prior notice may result in a convenience fee or cancellation before production begins. Once an order has entered production, cancellations are no longer available.

Requests for alternate meeting times outside the posted schedule must be approved in advance and may incur a small convenience fee added to the total order cost.

In the event of weather, holiday, or schedule changes, updates will be posted by 2:00 PM EST on our official Facebook page and/or sent via email. Customers are responsible for checking for updates before pickup.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms. For any questions, please contact us before finalizing your purchase.

Porch Pickup: Once notified that your order is ready, you have 36 hours to pick it up. This time frame ensures your items remain in optimal condition.

Storage Conditions: After 36 hours, Simply J Designs is not responsible for quality changes caused by heat, humidity, or extended storage. DTF prints and apparel are sensitive to environmental conditions and may degrade if left uncollected.

Refunds & Exchanges: No refunds or exchanges will be issued for orders left beyond the 36-hour pickup window. By placing your order, you agree to this policy.

Pickup Locations:

  • Georgetown, KY: Temporary porch pickup location (details provided after checkout).
  • Cynthiana, KY: Available at Appalachian Root Works (ARW) during regular shop hours: Tuesday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST.
    If you cannot pick up during posted hours, please message us before your pickup deadline to discuss alternate arrangements.
